Return/ Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted; however, exchanges are permitted within 30 days of original purchase date with proof of purchase, as long as merchandise is unworn, still brand new, and has all tags attached. Item(s) being exchanged for must amount to the same original price or more.

Return shipping and the shipping cost of sending out replacement items is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Q&A

Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days. As noted below, items in sizes X-small and 3X+ will take longer to ship as they are considered a special order and aren’t kept in stock. Shipping time frames may vary depending upon but are not limited to; issues with garment availability and the designated carrier service. For the most up to date shipping carrier information, please visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking information.

If order is returned to sender and it must be shipped again because a faulty address was provided and because of no fault of my own, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping again in order to reship.

If a customer purchases an ENGRAFFT item, and decides they are unhappy with their purchase for a reason that is not ENGRAFFT’s fault, for example; customer decides to exchange for a different size because they chose a size that did not ending up fitting right, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item to be returned and the shipping for the replacement item.

Note: At times ENGRAFFT may experience an out of stock item, for example an item gets oversold and the item you purchased online may actually be out of stock if someone else just bought the last one. If this occurs, you will be contacted shortly after your order is received. Usually another one will be printed up to fill the order ASAP.

+ What forms of payment does ENGRAFFT accept?

ENGRAFFT accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. You may also pay with cash if you are purchasing directly from ENGRAFFT in person. 

+ How do I place an order? 

You may place an order online through the online store, in store or over the phone.

ENGRAFFT collects tax for orders shipping to: California. 

+Does ENGRAFFT do custom screen-printing?

No, ENGRAFFT does not provide custom printing services.

+ Using Your Credit Card

When filling out your billing details, make sure the information is as accurate and up to date as possible and appears exactly as it does on your credit card statement. We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card.

+ Incorrect Billing Information

You are charging your own card when you place your order. ENGRAFFT reserves the right to hold or cancel any order for suspected fraud or incorrect billing information. We will do our best to contact customers as quickly as possible if there is a credit card discrepancy. ENGRAFFT cannot be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by lack of customer response.

All international orders are responsible for duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. 

 + Sales Tax

ENGRAFFT is required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to any location in California. Please refer to your state's tax board for information about tax use in your specific state.

+ Order Changes or Cancellations

It may be possible to cancel or change your order if it is during normal business hours, and you call 1-628-224-0199 or email me IMMEDIATELY after placing your order with your full name and order information. ENGRAFFT is usually available by phone Tuesday-Friday 12-7PM PST

+ Receipts

You will receive a receipt via email for online orders. Purchases and orders made in store will receive an email receipt if you chose to get one at checkout. If you did not receive an email receipt and would like one, you can contact ENGRAFFT for a copy of your receipt/order information.

+ Smaller/ Larger sizes

For most ENGRAFFT pieces, X-small and 3x+ sizes are available- please note these are considered a special order. The sizes are not kept in stock, will have to be special ordered and are printed on demand. The turn around time for items in sizes XS or 3X+ is longer- usually ranging from 1-3 weeks. These type of orders are not eligible for exchange or return. Items in sizes 3X+ have a higher price than the rest. Items available in these sizes are able to be selected in the items size selection menu on the product page. If the size option you’re looking for doesn’t show up in the size drop down, it means it is not offered in that size.
